    Choose the time that works best for you. Same-day and evening visits are often available.

  • Connect With Your Provider

    You’ll receive a secure link by text or email. Use your phone, tablet, or computer to join your appointment.

  • Get Treated Quickly

    Your provider will listen, evaluate your symptoms, and create a treatment plan. Prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy when appropriate.

Conditions We Can Treat Online

 Our providers are able to treat a wide range of non-emergency issues through virtual visits. Below are
just some of the most common conditions we see online:

  •  Prescription refills (up to 30 days for ongoing medications; no controlled substances)

When In-Person Care Is Best

Broken bones or fractures

Severe vomiting or diarrhea

Fevers lasting longer than 72 hours

Any life-threatening emergency

A virtual visit does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Controlled substances cannot be prescribed during virtual visits.
Providers may recommend additional follow-up or services not included in the visit price.
